Visit the Gloucester Block party on Main St, it is the 3rd and final block party of the 2024 season. It coincides with the Gloucester Schooner Festival during your late August stay at Atlantis Oceanfront Inn. These block parties are a fabulous way to spend a summer evening in Gloucester, maybe after viewing some of the majestic schooners. A portion of Main Street is closed off from 5-10 pm, allowing for live music from local bands, street performers, outdoor dining, children’s activities.
