The Essex River Race is open to all seaworthy human-powered rowing and paddle boats. This is a great event for serious rowers and people wanting to have a fun time. Awards are given! Not a rower, you park on the way back behind Woodsman’s it is just a short walk to prime viewing. Essex is just 15 min from The Atlantis Oceanfront Inn in Gloucester.
